Mr. Shyam Sunder Jangid has been a member of our Board of Directors since March 30, 2024. He has over three−and−a−half decades of varied experience in fieldssuch as Audit, Taxation, Finance, Issue management and Equity Structuring, and Corporate Law. Some of the specialised areas that he excels in include Syndicated Short Term and Long Term financial resources for various corporates, Equity Issue Management and its structuring, Techno−Economic Feasibility studies on the project, Tax Planning and Corporate Advisory Services, Statutory, Internal & Concurrent Audits, and External Commercial Borrowings.

Mr. Jangid is a director of M/s Corporate MonecapPrivate Limited and a partner at M/s Jangid& Associates, Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Jangid holds a BCom, FCA, ACS, LLB, PGDISand MBA, and is a practicing Chartered Accountant.
