Mr. Sunil Kumar Ojha, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, is a seasoned finance professional with more than 26 years of experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, MIS and strategic finance. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA, formerly ICWA), he has extensive experience across the sugar, distillery, and power sectors. He has been associated with the Group since 18 August 2000. Before joining the Group, he worked with M/s Anand Engineering Ltd. (formerly Bajaj Infrastructure Development Company—BIDCO), Noida, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company engaged in executing power projects with an aggregate capacity exceeding 2,400 MW. During his career, he has also worked with The Pratappur Sugar & Industries Ltd., Bajaj Hindusthan Limited, Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar & Industries Ltd., and Basti Sugar Mills Ltd.
