As per SEBI Order No.WTM/RKA/MIRSD2/41/2016 dated 22/03/2016, the Management has decided to switch over Registrar and Transfer Agent from Sharepro Services (India) Limited to Link Intime India Private Limited with effect from 06/05/2016. Link Intime provides the entire range of services to the Shareholders of the Company relating to share transfers, change of address or mandate and dividend.

We would further like to inform that the electronic connectivity with both the depositories - NSDL and CDSL - have also been shifted to M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited.
