Mrs. Priyanka Baya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mohanlal Sukhadia University. She is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mrs. Baya is a seasoned entrepreneur, investment banker, and strategic advisor with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in building, scaling, and governing businesses across India, the USA, Singapore, and the UAE.

She is currently serving as Director of Quaisar Medisoft Private Limited and as Founder Partner & Head of Strategy at Ciera Advisors LLP. She is also associated with Inflection Point Ventures as an Investor and is Co-Founder & Chief Strategist of Lemon Yellow.

She has worked with more than 50 businesses across various industries, helping them navigate growth, operational excellence, market expansion, change management, and digital transformation.

As a founder and an active angel investor, she brings an owner operator perspective to the boardroom, balancing sustainable long-term growth with robust fiduciary oversight.
